The Saddle Bar Guernsey is located on the ground floor of the hotel's own little inn. Converted from the original coach-house, the bar is aptly decorated with harness and brasses, hay racks and saddles.
At lunchtime a hot and cold buffet is offered daily which comprises of salads and cold meats and seafood, as well as casseroles served with vegetables and potatoes. In addition the lunch menu has a selection of appetising snacks and light meals.
The Saddle Bar Guernsey is open throughout the afternoon, and afternoon tea is served here as well as in the hotel lounge. Hotel guests can choose an exotic cocktail or long drink for their pre-dinner aperitif, and retire to the bar after dinner for a "nightcap".
